Returning Products
If you are unhappy with any of our products for whatever reason, simply return it with all of its original contents and packaging within 14 days of the date you received the product,

Please make sure to package the item carefully so that it arrives in the same condition it was delivered to you.

We fully insure all of our packages and we suggest you do as well.

We will not be able to refund items that are damaged or lost in delivery due to no fault of our own.
Damaged Product / Missing Parts
If the product you received has been damaged during shipment, please contact us through our website and we will be happy to provide you with replacement parts . Please provide a photo of the damaged kit or part so we are able to what you need. Please also include photos of the original shipping container.
