Refund Policy
Returning a Product
We have a pretty standard return policy. If you are unhappy with any of our products for whatever reason, simply return it, with all of its original contents, within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the full product price minus shipping and any non-refundable transaction fees (if applicable).

Please make sure to package the item carefully, so that it arrives in the same condition it was delivered to you.

We fully insure all of our packages and we suggest you do as well. If the item is lost or damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund. The only way for you to receive a refund at this point, will be through an insurance claim. Please, please, please purchase insurance.
Damaged Product / Missing Parts
If the product you received has been damaged during shipment, please contact us through our website and we will be happy to provide you with replacement parts . You MUST contact us within 14 days of receipt of your kit. No exceptions will be made. Please provide a photo of the damaged kit or part so we are able to get you the correct partwhat you need. Please also include photos of the original shipping container.
Canceling an Order
UNPAINTED KITS
Unpainted kits can be canceled anytime prior to shipment for a full refund of the original purchase price minus any partial refunds already issued (if applicable).
PAINTED KITS
Painted kit orders can be canceled at any time, however a non-refundable fee of 20% of the purchase price will be subtracted from your refund if not canceled within 14 days. Any non-refundable transaction fees (if applicable) will also be subtracted from any money owed.
