We are happy to announce that a pre-painted version of our King Kong Armature kit is now available for ordering. This is perfect for Kong enthusiasts who just don't have the time or the patience to sit and build a model kit.
Each one is made to order and carefully hand-painted by Laura Stann to match reference photos of the "18-inch" Marcel Delgado armature.
Photos of your Kong will be provided for approval - prior to shipping.
Some Assembly Required
Kong will be shipped in several subsections for safe travel and easy assembly. A single-page instruction sheet will be included with each order along with a small glue applicator.

I have long been a fan of the original 1933 King Kong movie. So what a great find to discover that Stannarts sells a King Kong armature from the original Kong. It is sold as a kit or assembled and painted. I chose the latter and what a great decision it was. The incredible amount of precision detail in the armature is stunning and the way the armature is painted blew my mind.
